Big notes papers are made up of two different notes papers (light blue and pink) decorated with funny butterflies and pink flowers. 

It's one .bmp file image (for the best print quality) designed to print on both A4 and Letter format papers and to cut to obtain two different papers.
These two note papers haven't got any lines.
